1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 577be platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 577be platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 577be with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 577be:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out 577be's commitment to player wellbeing and the tools available to manage your gambling activity.
• Any promotion-specific terms published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time a bonus or promotion is made available.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The 577be platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the 577be platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 Age Verification

577be reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Pending verification, 577be may suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality. Where a Player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made), and any winnings will be voided in full.

3.3 General Eligibility

To be eligible to hold a 577be account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 577be, nor a close family member of any such person.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 577be platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of the 577be platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 577be account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 577be reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 577be support at [email protected] immediately. 577be will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your account.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration — including false date of birth, identity details, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 577be reserves the right to close any account where inaccurate information is detected and to report any suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

577be currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. 577be does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or international wire transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at 577be is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though 577be reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits where circumstances warrant, including as part of responsible gaming controls. Deposits are credited to your 577be account balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation by the relevant MFS provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS account used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. 577be reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players are permitted to withdraw only funds that belong to them and that have been obtained through legitimate play in compliance with these Terms.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals at 577be are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred on their side if they fund their MFS wallets using another currency.

5.5 Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances where a technical error demonstrably caused a duplicate charge, or where an age or identity verification check results in the closure of an underage account. Refund requests must be submitted to 577be support in writing within 14 days of the transaction date.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by 577be are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Offers / Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum bet-per-spin restrictions will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed using bonus funds that do not meet the stated minimum odds or game eligibility requirements will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

577be reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where 577be reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated activity designed to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the promotion-specific terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and binding only when 577be's systems have confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during a system outage, connectivity failure, or period of scheduled maintenance may be voided at 577be's discretion. 577be reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing reasons, subject to returning any staked funds to the Player's account.

7.2 Errors in Odds and Prices

In the event that manifestly incorrect odds, prices, or pay-tables are published due to a technical or human error, 577be reserves the right to void any bets accepted at erroneous prices and to re-settle them at the correct price where the true price can be determined, or to void the bets in their entirety where it cannot. 577be will not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from erroneous odds or game display errors.

7.3 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on 577be use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer solutions from approved third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. The results produced by the RNG and live dealer systems are final and binding on all Players.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at 577be are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time in response to on-field developments. Any bets placed on a market after the event or outcome in question has been determined (whether or not the market was correctly suspended) may be voided at 577be's discretion.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

577be reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day for any Player or across all Players on any market or game type. Current maximum payout information is available from 577be customer support on request.

8. Responsible Gaming

577be is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting 577be support at [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit to your 577be account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the time elapsed and your net win/loss position during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your 577be account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect once confirmed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 577be platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 577be platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to 577be immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of coordinated betting intended to exploit pricing discrepancies or guaranteed profits.
• Using the 577be platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your MFS provider in bad faith after valid bets have been settled.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 577be staff, other players, or third parties in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data, odds, or intellectual property from the 577be platform without written authorisation.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 577be

577be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if 577be reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's activity is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform; (c) a Player is under the age of 18; (d) continued operation of the account would expose 577be to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (e) the Player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 577be account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to your registered MFS wallet within 5 business days, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 577be — all pending bets that were placed before the closure notification will be settled normally. Bets placed after a suspension notice has been issued may be voided. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 577be's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 577be in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

577be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial loss, even if 577be has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

577be does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any technical faults will be corrected within a specific time. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12. Amendments to These Terms

577be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to deposit limits, bonus policies, account closure procedures, or Player obligations — 577be will provide notice via a prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or urgent operational circumstances.

Your continued use of the 577be platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 above.
